On Thursday, February 16 at 3:45pm in the Senate Radio-TV Gallery, members of the House and Senate will file a challenge the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) recent ambush election rules.
Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee Ranking Member Mike Enzi (R-WY) and Representative Phil Gingrey (R-GA) will join House Education and the Workforce Committee Chairman John Kline (R-MN), Senate Subcommitttee on Employment and Workplace Safety Ranking Member Johnny Isakson (R-GA), and House Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Chairman Phil Roe (R-TN) to announce the introduction of Resolutions of Disapproval in both the Senate and House on the NLRB’s new rules.
