Rep. John Kline (R-MN), the top Republican on the U.S. House Education and Labor Committee, spoke on the Floor of the House of Representatives this evening during debate on the Pelosi government takeover of health care.  Drawing needed attention to the enormous power congressional Democrats are set to give to a new super-bureaucrat in Washington – the “Health Choices Commissioner” – Rep. Kline called on his colleagues to put aside their big government agenda. 

“I don’t believe that this bill should see the light of day. It certainly should not pass. It’s a recipe for job losses. It’s a clear power grab by Washington bureaucrats.”
