Rep. John Kline (R-MN), Senior Republican on the U.S. House Education and Labor Committee, today urged Senators to reject the nomination of Service Employees International Union Associate General Counsel Craig Becker to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Previously, Kline called on the Senate to hold hearings on Becker’s nomination citing concerns over arguments Becker had made in support of drastically expanding the authority of the NLRB at the expense of workers and their employers.
