Today, the House Committee on Education and the Workforce examined new legislation that will roll back the National Labor Relations Board's activist agenda. Witness testimony confirmed the Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act (H.R. 3094) will protect workers and employers while removing regulatory hurdles to job creation.
