WASHINGTON, D.C.,
May 22, 2023
Tomorrow at 10:15 a.m., the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions, chaired by Rep. Bob Good (R-VA), will hold a hearing titled “Protecting Employees’ Rights: Ensuring Fair Elections at the NLRB.”
“The NLRB and its General Counsel are pursuing an extreme agenda that is undermining employee free choice, burdening small business owners, and unfairly tilting the union representation process in favor of unions,” said Chairman Good. “Actions by the agency attempting to strip workers of basic protections like secret ballot elections would do irreparable damage to America’s workforce. It’s critical that we hold the NLRB accountable by curbing its authority and restoring free and fair elections that truly represent the will of employees.” What: Subcommittee hearing titled “Protecting Employees’ Rights: Ensuring Fair Elections at the NLRB” When: 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 Where: 2175 Rayburn House Office Building Witnesses: • Mr. Philip A.
