WASHINGTON – Today, Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) issued the following statement after Kalpana Kotagal was confirmed by the Senate to serve on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), establishing a Democrat majority on the commission:

“Ever Since President Biden designated EEOC Chair Burrows in 2021, the commission has been marred by mismanagement. Now with Kotagal on the commission, her record of advocacy for a perverted interpretation of sex will undoubtedly continue in her new role. The Biden administration has turned the EEOC into a partisan attack dog to impose its radical agenda on working Americans and employers.”
