Chair Good Goes After Biden’s Radical Union Agenda — Tomorrow at 10:15 A.M.

WASHINGTON – Tomorrow, at 10:15 a.m., the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions, chaired by Rep. Bob Good (R-VA), will hold a hearing titled “Protecting Workers and Small Businesses from Biden's Attack on Worker Free Choice and Economic Growth.”

“The Biden administration’s radical union agenda is a threat to our most fundamental freedoms, including the right to work. By coercing American workers into union representations instead of giving them the freedom to choose when, where, and how they work, President Biden is weaponizing the federal government to act as an organizing arm of Big Labor. The NLRB is the tip of the spear in this effort,” said Chairman Good“Republicans will use this hearing to shine a light on the Left’s assault on individual liberty, and highlight legislation that promotes employee free choice, preserves the right to work as independent contractors, and protects entrepreneurs and small businesses.”
