WASHINGTON — On Wednesday, May 1, at 10:15 a.m., the Committee on Education and the Workforce will hold a hearing titled: “Examining the Policies and Priorities of the Department of Labor.”
“Incomprehensibly, this will now be the second time Julie Su has appeared before the Committee in her unconfirmed role as Acting Secretary of Labor. This time, the Biden administration is asking for even more taxpayer money to enact its Big Labor agenda at the expense of workers and job creators,” said Chairwoman Virginia Foxx. “Under Su, DOL is imposing punitive costs and regulatory burdens on job creators, especially small businesses, and limiting opportunities for American workers. This Committee has serious concerns about Su’s failed leadership and the devastating impacts of her overbearing agenda.” What: Full Committee hearing titled “Examining the Policies and Priorities of the Department of Labor” When: 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 Witness:
