Tomorrow, at 9:45 a.m., the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions, chaired by Rep. Bob Good (R-VA), will hold a hearing titled “NLRB Overreach: Trampling on Workers’ Rights and Fostering Unfairness.”
“Under Chairman McFerran’s failed leadership, the National Labor Relations Board has fallen into total disarray. The agency is fraught with bad decisions that have degraded important protections in the National Labor Relations Act and undermined employee free choice,” said Chairman Good.“We will not tolerate the NLRB being weaponized on behalf of union bosses to weaken the rights of working Americans.”
