WASHINGTON – Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) issued the following statement in response to the Biden-Harris administration’s latest move to appease union bosses and erode the employer-employee relationship: 

“This decision is a blatant attempt to interfere with the lawful right of employers to communicate with their employees and tilt the playing field in the favor of Big Labor. At a time when 95 percent of workers did not vote for their union representation, workers should be fully aware of the realities of union membership, not just the one-sided misinformation presented by union bosses.”
