Walberg, Owens Host Roundtable on Working Families Tax Cuts

Today, Education and Workforce Committee Chairman Tim Walberg (R-MI) and Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Development Chairman Burgess Owens (R-UT) hosted a roundtable in Salt Lake City, Utah to discuss how the Working Families Tax Cuts are unlocking opportunities for all Americans – students, parents, workers, and job creators. 

Reps. Walberg and Owens heard from a range of community leaders, experts, and stakeholders in the Salt Lake City area to discuss how the Working Families Tax Cuts will empower parents; make colleges more affordable and accountable; let families keep more of what they earn; and strengthen workforce development opportunities for Americans.
