Today, Education and Workforce Committee Chairman Tim Walberg (R-MI) applauded the withdrawal of the Biden-Harris joint employer rule and reinstatement of the 2020 Trump rule, calling it a major victory for small businesses, workers, and the American Dream:

The Biden-Harris joint employer rule made that harder by piling on red tape and legal uncertainty. Withdrawing it is good news for workers, small business owners, and the communities they serve.
