Today, Education and Workforce Committee Chairman Tim Walberg (R-MI) released the following statement in response to the Department of Labor’s February jobs report:

“Even as strikes and union-organized activity led to temporary job loss in a few industries, employment remains steady throughout much of the American economy. The evidence speaks for itself: over the past year, Republicans and the Trump administration have helped more workers thrive.
